We offer free shipping on all Orders over $50.00

Deliver will be no greater than $9.95 (Incl GST) on all orders under $50.00

Shipping is direct to your door. 

We use a variety of companies to bring you your purchases. Gifts Actually are  not responsible for the time taken to deliver the parcel or any delays experienced by the courier/delivery service.

Gifts Actually will use the delivery address as provided to us by the customer. It is not the responsibility of Gifts Actually to check the delivery address for errors or verify the delivery address.

Parcels will be sent ATL (Authority to leave) - Gifts Actually are not responsible for any parcels missing or stolen from the address to which they have been delivered.

Some parcels may be delivered to PO boxes or held at post offices or collection centers. Gifts Actually is not responsible for the delivery method choses by the courier or delivery service. 

Gifts Actually will assist the customer and make reasonable attempts to locate and redirect missing parcels when appropriate.

Our distribution centres are located worldwide, which means some items may be delivered to you separately. 

We do this to ensure it reaches you the fastest way.

Unless specified in the delivery section of the individual product; the price you see is the price you pay. 

Estimated delivery for most products are between 12-25 days from payment confirmation.
