Customer-friendly and just in time delivery

Gifts Acutally helped us very well to get the order to the Netherlands on time. We ordered a 'Resting on reversed arms Digger Figurine' for our father's war memorial. They couldn't deliver it at first because it was sold out and there was a long waiting list. After hearing our story, they approached everyone in their network. Ultimately they succeeded. This is the story: During the Second World War he hid an Australian military prisoner of war on the island of Haruku east of Ambon. After the war, the soldier visited our father and gave him his gift as a token of gratitude. military Slough hat, which has an important place in us to this day. In memory of our father's heroic deed, we wanted to hold a ceremony in January 2024 in which the small war memorial will be unveiled. We are very grateful to Gifts Actually for making our project possible.

Thank you Simon for your lovely words. We dislike disappointing people so will always do what we can to try and get the item the customer wants - even if means directing them to a competitor.

It is a lovely story and one your family is proud off. We trust the ceremony went well.

With our son serving in the ADF, and ancestors having served in various wars, the military figurines we have, hold a special place in our shop and our hearts.

Take care

Andrea and Robert
