Using a unique colour generator, we turn the colours in your photo into numbers. We then created the paints for the colours and package it all up with a specially printed canvas, all the colours and brushes -  It's then up to you. 

Sizes from 30 x 40 cm's right up to 80 x 120 cm's and in  24 colour paint kits & 25-36 colour paint kits (for more detailed photos and paintings). 

Please note though you will get more detail 36, colour kits can be more fiddley as there will me a lot of smaller areas to paint.

Image Specifications

• File format - JPG, GIF or PNG
• Personalised paint by numbers kit are available in Black or coloured version
• The recommended minimum size for photo upload is 1200 x 1200 pixels
• The image you select should be of a human face or head of an animal
• If your photo is of two people then the heads must be very close to one another
• Images of paintings and drawings are not suited
• Photos must be in focus and correctly exposed (neither too dark or too light)
• Choose a photo where the background isn't too cluttered, i.e landscapes, city scapes etc.

Once we have you image, we will forward this to our suppliers. 

We check every image for quality, resolution and size (make sure your photo is suitable for the size you order), check the quality and if the correct paint kit (i,e if 24 colour or 30-36 colour kit is needed) before committing it to production This means we may crop it, resize it, increase resolution, re-orientate it (i.e - turn a vertical image into a horizontal one and visa versa) to try and make sure you get THE BEST painting possible. If we identify any issues we will contact you before proceeding.

Note: Final painting includes maximum of 24  or 36 colours. Colours. Occasionally, these may appear to be different from your photo.  The product is designed to be an artistic representation of your photo  - not an exact replica. Due to this limitation, some tones, shades or hues and even colours may differ from those in the photo. Different monitors and devices also produce different colors and hues of the same image.

Please note this item is sent directly from our manufacturer in China. Throughout this Pandemic there has been no evidence to suggest that items shipped from china are harmful. 

Because it is a fabric, the canvas may come slightly creased as a result of the international transit. This is quite normal and a quick iron on the the non patterned side will sort this out. No difference than buying  a shirt or pair of jeans.
